Our company is one of the fastest growing packaged food company in Vietnam. To maximize the growth and find the new opportunity, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail- oriented Strategic Planning and Intelligence Specialist.
Market Analysis

Conduct in- depth market research to understand consumer behavior, market demands, and potential risks
Analyze competitior&039;s investments, assets and corporate activities and "connect the dots” with regard to their strategic intent, plot out potintial next moves.
Establish the Market Database to strengthen Company&039;s Market Intelligence Competence
Analyze the market trends, industry development to identify growth opportunities

Support Company&039;s Strategic Planning

Participate in multiple business strategy projects that produce recommendations for addressing major strategic issues, identify major growth opportunities and develop business plans for realizing these opportunities.
Monitor and coordinate the vast range of company data to find the possible M&A Candidates
Create new business cases to be presented to senior management and Board.
Develop and execute long- term business strategies aligned with corporate mission, vision and goals.

Reporting and Presentation

Develop, analyze and prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and Board (Vietnam / Korea) on regular or occasional basis.
Provide regular updates on Market intelligence and Industrial updates

[Key Qualifications]

Communication: Proficiency in English is mandatory, Korean language is an advantage
Experience: 3+ years of experience in FMCG field or Foreign Direct Investment Company. MBA is a plus
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office(Powerpoint, Excel, Word). Familiarity with business intelligence tools is an advantage.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
