Job Description:
Communicate project needs to creative teams and oversee the development of creative concepts, ensuring alignment with project goals and strategic direction.
Develop strategic plans and select measurable KPIs for marketing communications campaigns, coordinating closely with planners, media specialists/agencies, and market research agencies.
Foster a collaborative working relationship between the planning team and other agency departments, particularly Client service and creative teams.
Present strategic plans to clients, providing guidance and recommendations for achieving their objectives.
Analyze research findings and insights to develop strategic directions for guiding creative development, including formulating creative briefs.
Mentor and support junior members of the strategic planning team.
Participate in client briefing sessions or delegate team members from the Strategic Planning team.
Develop and implement effective strategies for gathering relevant consumer insights, category information, and macro trends (both quantitative and qualitative) based on client briefs.
Job Requirements:
Managerial experience, with a track record of strategic engagements with regional or global Client brands.
Business- oriented mindset with a passion for leveraging strategic creativity to drive business success.
Excellent presentation skills, capable of influencing decision- makers and driving business outcomes.
Rational thinker with strong leadership abilities.
10+ years of experience in planning/brand strategy.
Strong strategic thinking skills and a deep understanding of marketing communications platforms, particularly digital and social media.
Proficiency in research and analysis, with the ability to synthesize diverse data to create clear strategic directions.
