Job description

Develop and maintain automated reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular quality checks and troubleshooting data issues.
Design and implement tools and systems to automate repetitive tasks and streamline processes.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver solutions on time.
Stay up- to- date with industry trends and best practices in automation, data analysis, and technology.
Other ad hoc request from supervisors.
Optimize data workflows and processes to increase efficiency and scalability.
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance data- driven decision- making across the organization.
Communicate findings and insights effectively through reports, presentations, and dashboards.
Conduct ad- hoc analyses to support business decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirement

Eagerness to expand knowledge and learn new technologies and methodologies.
Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages for data manipulation and automation.
Proficiency in Excel, with a strong emphasis on VBA scripting is highly desirable.
Demonstrated capability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional attention to detail and a meticulous approach to tasks.
Proficient in SQL, Excel Power Query, Power Pivot, and Power BI with practical, hands- on experience.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
