_RESPONSIBILITIES_
Communication Planning
- the overall role is to lead a team in communication and content planning, and execution plans to bring brand and creative strategy to life. These include:
Trendspotting, Research Conduction, Insight Mining
- Understand branding and marketing communications, with a focus on how target audiences think, behave, build perceptions, and consume information.
- Conduct research, including selecting the best methodologies, providing oversight to the team, and developing insightful and relevant conclusions.
- Identify relevant trends in local consumer or business culture
- Uncover the needs, concerns, and touch points of the target audience.
Develop customer journey maps to identify communication gaps and create optimizations/recommendations.
Develop the creative brief, strategy, and communication plan to solve the key challenges and deliver the objectives.
Communication Framework and Content
- Bringing the big idea to life via relevant communication channels & touch- points with a clear cohesive communication story.
- Develop detailed plan and maintain the social content calendar ensuring social media content is regular, relevant, and engaging.
- Media understanding: how it affects communication planning and how to apply media insight into the communication plan.
- Communication tactics: Working with specialists (Creative, PR, Social, Media) to propose feasible & detailed ideas for each channel/ touch point and bring the ideas/ plans to life.
Campaign effectiveness:
- Observing and evaluating what works and doesn’t work.
- Campaign supervision is to work with account management, clients, content writers, and designers to supervise all types of works, ensuring they meet strategic requirements and quality.
Deliver business KPIs including agency revenue and organic growth in scopes and revenue with clients, also opening a new business to new clients.
Brand Communication Consulting
Our strength in PURPOSE.ANT is to consult clients on business cases that require navigating business and communication issues, mapping solutions, phrasing plans, developing action plans and KPIs, and guiding both internal and client teams to implement strategies and plans in order of priority to address the defined issues and deliver business results. This requires combined skills of business analysis and communication strategy and plan implementation to deliver results to clients.
A Planning Manager in communication innovation, you will be involved in relevant consulting projects, particularly when in need of consulting clients on how to drive innovation in communication, go to market, and engage with consumers. In either case, you are encouraged to proactively approach task force team leaders, your line manager, BOD to propose innovative solutions in your sectors to meet criteria:

_CANDIDATE PROFILE_
Proactively contribute solutions and ideas to clients&039; successful launch and business growth.
Operate with discipline ensuring timely deliverables.
At least 5- 7 YOE in IMC advertising environment.
High attention to detail, careful, hard- working.
Experience in a Manager role with a key focus on communication planning.
Excellent planning, organizational, critical thinking, analytical, problem- solving, and communication skills.
Extraordinary verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Effectiveness of team collaboration.
Strong understanding of the digital- social environment, social media metrics, and best practices.
Proven solid leadership skill
