Role Overview
As a Strategic Senior Planner, you are the heart of every campaign, the one who decodes data and cultural trends to uncover powerful insights. You are the architect of compelling brand stories, delivering strategies that help brands stay relevant, connect emotionally, and grow sustainably.
Your Key Responsibilities
Brand & Communication Strategy:
￮ Decode client briefs and craft comprehensive, insightful brand and communication strategies.
￮ Develop compelling creative briefs that guide the creative team and inspire strong ideas.
Research & Insight Development:
￮ Conduct market research, cultural immersion, and audience analysis to uncover deep and actionable insights.
￮ Analyze trends, data, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic planning and creative direction.
Client Consultation & Collaboration:
￮ Collaborate closely with internal teams (Account, Creative, Production) to develop and execute proposals and campaigns.
￮ Supervise, guide, and mentor junior planners or project team members (if any).
￮ Act as a trusted strategic partner to clients, providing clear recommendations aligned with their business goals.
￮ Work with Account teams to identify upselling opportunities and enhance client engagement.

• Is a strategic, analytical thinker with creative problem- solving skills and business acumen.
• Is proficient in Office (especially PowerPoint/Google Slides, Canva).
• Has at least 3 years of relevant experience in advertising, digital, or integrated communication agencies.
• Has a proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for people, culture, and brands.
• Is detail- oriented, organized, and capable of thriving in a fast- paced, result- driven environment.
• Possesses a strong background in brand strategy, communication planning, and a solid understanding of digital/social media.
• Has strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
