Strategic Planning Specialist (Oil & Gas)

Serve as a subject matter expert on strategic planning best practices, tools, and methodologies.
Work closely with cross- functional teams to translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans and objectives.
Monitor and evaluate the progress of strategic initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Develop and present strategic recommendations to senior management based on findings from research and analysis.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic partnerships and alliances.
Provide expert guidance and support on sustainable development strategies, including environmental, social, and economic considerations.
Collaborate with executive leadership to define and articulate the organization&039;s strategic direction and priorities.
Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for growth.
Lead the development and implementation of the company&039;s strategic planning process.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field; Master&039;s degree preferred.
Proficiency in strategic planning software and tools.
Proven track record of successfully leading strategic planning initiatives in a complex organizational environment.
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in strategic planning, with at least 3 years focused on enterprise strategy development and implementation.
Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
Demonstrated expertise in sustainable development strategies and practices.
