Strategic Supply Planning Manager

• General purpose:
The Strategic Supply Planning Manager is responsible to manage and lead the day-to-day Sales System Section, manage the communication between brands – Shoe factory with Framas VN to ensure the customer demand with Framas capacities in order to fulfill supply needs at all times\
• Job Responsibilities:
- Product Acquisition Plan, Portfolio Analysis & Risk Management
- Work closely with the Sales System team on forecast and seasonal demand update topics
- Support Senior Sales Manager in day to day work with customers in relation to forecast topics
- Collaborate with others internal departments for the supporting to related topics
- Collaborate with Development team/management on new project/customer integration
- Collaborate with Planning team and Sales team to follow up on key customer delivery situations (based on need and relation to forecast deviations)
- Summarize forecasts and update internally based on agreement/need with customers in APT on a monthly basis
- Ensure all capacities prepared, based on forecast cut offs, are communicated on time to brand and Shoe factory ahead of the season
- Customer Relationship Management
- Manage internal standardization topics (standard templates, processes, procedures etc.) to enable mid/long-term system improvements
- Work with SCI and framas CCC teams in reviewing existing systems and processes and make adjustments based on learnings from day to day operations and work with customers
- Collect customer voices and feedback and review regularly on improvement points (communication, etc.) and providing improvement plans and solution case by case
- Establish, maintain and improve current standards of the Sales System Team

What we expect:
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in Sales and/or Production Planning
• Very good negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent English skills (written and oral)
• Knowledge in Business Management, Project management and Cost Management
• Basic knowledge about plastic injection process, molds and polymer materials is a plus
• Working experience in the Plastic Processing and/or Shoe Industry preferred
• Basic understanding of the shoe development and commercialization process required
• Master’s in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or similar field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
