3 Phases to Grow with Us
Phase 1: Strategy Trainee (3 months)
– Allowance: 5.000.000 VND/month gross allowance
– Join foundation- to- reality training
Phase 2: Associate Strategy Executive (3–5 months)
– Work on real projects and gain hands- on experience
– Allowance: 7.000.000 VND/month gross allowance
Phase 3: Strategy Executive (Official Employee)
– Full- time role, lead your own projects
– Allowance: Competitive salary based on your performance

JOB DETAILS
Research & Analysis:
Research, synthesize, analyze and gain in- depth information about market/category/brand/consumer insights to develop effectively strategic approach
Assist the project team to debrief and clarify the clients’ needs, thereby prioritizing necessary information that requires further research
Planning:
Work closely with project team to conduct each strategy planning steps of the whole progress, with guidance from Line Manager
Understand and propose appropriate communication channels in developing strategic approach for solutions/products which get customers’ deliverables
Communicate with internal teams and clients to gather input and feedback from clients to adjust plan
Understand, assess the quality of brief and support in proposing a relevant solution for clients by combining vertical knowledge and product of the function
Visualization & Presentation:
Support in preparation of materials and participate in presentations for both client and internal meetings.
Contribute to the ideation and brainstorm the layout of proposal for the campaign, ensuring to meet clients needs
Job Requirements
Skills, Knowledge & Qualification
Must have:
Strong problem- solving skills
Strong research and analytical skill
3rd/4th- year student or fresh graduate majoring in Marketing/Economics/Business Administration/… or any related fields and able to work full- time
Ability to handle pressure under rushed deadlines
A passion for data & numbers, insights, and ideation
Have strong curiosity, common sense & hunger to learn new things
Have a can- do attitude and be open to new challenges
Good to have:
Experience in digital marketing/strategic planning role
Effective written and verbal communication skills are crucial, both in Vietnamese and English
Have been involved in project planning of different categories
