Student Communication Officer

Develop Swinburne values and create a plan for extracurricular activities for students
- Create plans and programs (campaigns) to organize related activities and events in accordance with the values established.
- Understand the values of Swinburne students&039; extracurricular (non-academic) activities.
Organizing and communicating student activities
- Organize activities for students. These activities aim to improve students&039; social skills, job search skills, and self-development.
- Organize and promote the importance of student activities through internal and social channels, as well as the website
- Work with related departments to create content in the form of videos, press articles, images, and published content in accordance with organized activities.

Requirements:
- Have a Bachelor&039;s Degree or above major in Marketing, Media & Communication or Event Management
- Be persistent and focus on the details of the service process
- Maintain discipline, work flow, and ethical standards
- Be fluent in English and able to communicate with students and lecturers entirely in English
- Have a creative, innovative, and observational mindset, as well as a learning attitude
- Candidates from the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, or other developed countries are preferred
- Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
