Job Description
Work closely with the Marketing team for the execution of Sales plan
Build strategies, sales tactics, sales policies, and incentives and compensation plans for the team and train & coach the team to achieve the goals
Work closely as part of sales team to come up with go- to- market strategy, build and manage B2C sales team to hit setted goals
Optimize sales funnel including recruitment, training of new staff, preparation of scripts, preparation of sales schemes
Leading the Sales Team in an area for the entire selling process of identifying customers and creating demand by building relationships to ensure a great customer experience
Key Responsibilities
Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
Develop and implement comprehensive B2C sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand market reach
Monitor customer satisfaction and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and retention
Set accurate KPI for salesmen weekly, monthly, and anually in order to meet the company&039;s target for each year
Lead, mentor, train, coach, and manage the B2C sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns and initiatives to attract and retain customers
Build sales plan and action plan that implement the company&039;s strategies and target
Optimize sales processes, workflows, and systems to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities
Analyze sales data, generate reports, and use insights to make informed decisions and refine sales strategies
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and good communication skills in English.
