Student Recruitment Officer (Marketing)

Student recruitment activities

Participate and coordinate recruitment events, including VGU campus tours, open days, high- school visits, career fairs, and online information sessions;
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to target audiences.
Build and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and other external partners to enhance recruitment pipelines;
Provide accurate and timely advice to prospective students on admissions processes, program offerings, and scholarship information;

Reporting and analysis

Prepare detailed reports on recruitment activities, including event outcomes, attendance metrics, and conversion rates;
Evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and provide data- driven recommendations to meet VGU&039;s enrollment goals.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for student recruitment, particularly in STEM fields;

Other duties

Attending events as required out of normal office hours;
Occasional travel to other areas across Vietnam for up to 5 days.
Occasional weekend work (a day in lieu will be implemented);

Qualification: Bachelor&039;s degree in business analytics, data analytics, marketing, communications, or a related field with a focus on business analytics

Experiences:

Experience working in higher education
Proven experience in event planning and delivery
Experience in preparing reports and analyzing data to inform decision- making
At least 2 years of experience in student recruitment, marketing, or a customer- facing role

Knowledge:

Good knowledge of the higher education landscape and admissions processes in Vietnam and ASEAN region
Good knowledge of statistics and reporting models

Excellent English proficiency (oral and written) is essential
Must have a secure command of MS Office, including the ability to perform basic statistical analysis and manage databases
Proven ability in teamwork and communication
Ability to work efficiently is required
