WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Finest Future is seeking a Student Success Associate to join the Student Success Team. You will serve the most important people, our students and their families in Vietnam- and depending on your language capabilities & connections, other Asian countries we’re expanding into.
WHAT YOU WILL SPEND MOST OF YOUR TIME ON
As a Student Success Associate you will be responsible for communicating with our language program students and their families, focused on individual consumers in the Asian market. Your primary goal is to walk them through the program and to be the link between our educational professionals and the customers themselves.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Assure student satisfaction by gathering feedback and performing data analysis
Assist and inform the students about the information provided by the school and any relevant procedures
Be a main contact point to communicate with students and parents
Performing other duties as the need arises.
Comprehend the application procedure thoroughly so that you can assist customers and respond to their questions
Be the main point of contact with other departments that are relevant in order to monitor the students&039; progress
Maintaining contact with the parents and students while they enroll in our educational programs

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU

Understanding of cultural differences in Nordic countries and Asia
Emotional management skills and patience
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
Improvisation skills
Proficient computer skills
Experience with Google Workspace and/or CRM preferred
2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a related field
Fluent in English and Vietnamese
Time and task management skills
Strong people skills

Since our programs&039; events often take place in the evenings, we would need you to be able to work with a flexible schedule. Please be aware that these are often online events that end at 21:00.
Availability: Mon- Fri, between 9 am- 9 pm VN time
Salary: 15,000,000 VND per month (556 €)
