Studio Manager

The Studio Manager will assemble and manage a team highly skilled initial of 4- 5 interior designers specializing in 3D rendering, expected to grow to around 20 members. This team will fulfill orders from oversea headquarters for rendering projects and other visualization services. All services and outputs must be standardized according to our brand vision, with operations run in an organized and efficient manner. Systems should be created for scalable rendering project management. The Manager will be responsible for recruiting additional team members as the need arises.
Our client who is specialized in digital marketing, communication is looking for Studio Manager based in Hanoi.

The ideal candidates must have:

Intermediate English proficiency
Proficiency in key tools such as Photoshop, 3DS Max, Blender, and other relevant software is a must.
Strong team management experience is essential, particularly in leading creative teams. The candidate should have experience in scaling teams from small to larger operations.
Good experience in the 3D rendering industry, particularly in real estate and interior design rendering.

Candidates with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, including a minimum of 2- 3 years of experience in team management within the 3D rendering industry.

The position will initially be remote working until an office in Hanoi is established. Once the office is set up, the position will transition to an in- office role.
