We’re looking for Supervisors to be the manager&039;s right arm, helping him/her with daily operations, from customer service to dealing with orders and managing the team.

Essential Responsibilities
**Customer Service Duties**
- Answering questions from the guests about food and beverages.
- Ensures quality service of food and beverage.
- Supervise the daily operation.
- Builds and maintains good relationship with the team and customers.
- Maintains customer service standards and follow up with the operation.
**Company Duties**
- Maintains hygiene standards.
- Fully in charge during the Manager’s absence.
- Insures the area is clean and tidy at all times.
- Lead by example, motivated the team to achieve service standards.
- Assists the Manager to supervise, assist the team during daily operation.
- Assists the Manager with the team training.
- Following the Training Manual
Skillsets
- Fluent in Vietnamese, good English
- Friendly and professional customer service skills
- Ability to work with a flexible schedule and weekends
- Positive energy and solution- solving mindset
- Previous experience in hospitality in a role leading a team
- Team spirit
