Implement policies and regimes related to salary and personnel, ensuring effective human resources, increasing productivity, and reducing costs; Manage training, recruitment, and hiring of workers outside the Brewery.
Organizing and managing about administrative activities of the brewery
- Formulate and protect plans related to personnel such as labor norms, salary, recruitment, training, ... every year of the Brewery
- Calculate monthly workdays in harmful or dangerous environments
- Assist to perform the ceremonies of The Brewery
- Monitor and implement the policies for the employees of the Brewery in accordance with the law and the Corporation.
- Collect monthly Time Attendance; Update monthly Annual Leave
- Manage and update information and records of employees at the Brewery
- Building and managing the ISO- HACCP system of the department
Wages, policies:
- Coordinate with the HC Department of Corporation to resolve policies and regimes for employees.
- Answer questions for employees about wages, personal income tax, regimes, policies ...
- Update information related to personnel reporting to the Corporation and disseminate it to employees.
Recruitment:
- Filter candidates from the HR department
- Make a request to recruit vacancies
- Contact to invite candidates to interview and organize tests
Participate in interviews with Brewery leaders & complete the interview evaluation documents and send them to the HC Department
- Perform all payment of employee&039;s welfare benefits (sickness, maternity, condolence, marriage, birthday ...)
- Perform all procedure related to welcome new employees, internship, exit employees.
Training:
- Organize the training schedule matching the activities of the unit.
- Plan training to meet the needs of the units in the brewery.
- Manage & print the training classes&039; document
Report on the implementation of the work of human resources management (month, quarter, year)
Prepare all Official Dispatch; decision; procedures related to human resources
Manage contracts of Labor service:
- - Prepare and liquidation of the contract
- - Control the workload of the external unit;
- - Complete payment monthly;
Perform other duties assigned by manager
