Supervisor - Warehouse & Distribution

Working Place: Mainly working in warehouse: Di An, Binh Duong.
The Job:

Monitor Distribution , warehouse tasks and ensure the fulfillments.
Communicate service issues to Department Managers/ Supervisors
Take responsibility for inquiries from customers and support Distribution Manager to secure the business opportunities.
Corporate and work with other branches related to any sales’ issues
Responsible for inputs and updates in company system EDMS
Perform the best customer service to ensure high customer satisfactions.
Assist Distribution Manager in running weekly meeting and take the minutes
Assist Distribution Manager in updating and monitoring business opportunities.
Take up additional tasks as required meeting the Company’s need.
Assist Distribution Manager in maintaining and developing the Distribution Services.

Knowledge:

At least 3 years experiences in Warehouse / Contract logistic service provider
Bachelor&039;s degree in logistics or similar preferred or equivalent qualifications.

Skills & Experience

Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Good analytical and logistical thinking abilities.
Exceptional understanding of inventory management practices such as ABC analysis and cycle counting.
Exceptional collaboration and negotiation abilities.
Able to work well in team, under high pressure and tight deadline
Excellence Microsoft office skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good English communication
