* JOB DESCRIPTION

Review and discuss the achievement of quality goals and improvement actions.
Arrange daily IQC work according to production feeding demand.
Validate and control supplier process change and material change.
Confirm and check the incoming inspection result; handle the abnormality.
Accept the proposal and suggestion from IQC inspectors; handle the rational suggestion and feedback to the manager for things out of duty.
Check and confirm the non- conformance issue, verify the effectiveness, and follow up on its improvement of suppliers.
Handle the abnormal material, follow up on the material complaints from the production line, and work with the supplier to take corrective actions.
Drive supplier set up high quality assurance team.
Perform supplier evaluation for selecting or periodical audit.
Establish a good and clear WI or SIP for checking molds/jigs, tools, and metal components.
Work with suppliers to improve molds/jigs, tools, and metal component quality.

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical /Polymer /Material major
Good English communication skills.
Strong at supplier evaluation and management
Good Microsoft Office skills.
Knowledge of quality system requirements for IATF16949/ 5 core tools (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP), 8D Report. Internal quality auditor, lean is a plus.
3- 5 years of related experience (supplier quality or quality engineering), preferably in the automotive business and composites field.
Knowledge of quality inspection and quality assurance techniques, theories, principles, and drawings.
