Supply Chain Admin

Inform SO to logistic for delivery scheduling
Receive orders from Sales Team (Email DMS), input order onto ERP system
Receive complaints from customers and follow up with related dept for complaint solving
Update information of ASM to ERP when there is a change in work roaming (information received from HR department)
Create/set promotions on ERP and send promotions scheme to sales team and customers (Once per month)
Other tasks assigned by line manager and above
Create customers master data on the ERP system based on notification of accounting department
Check the money availability and inform accountant to post the money according to SO on ERP, then confirm SO on the ERP system

Have 6 months- 1 year of experience in a similar position
Handle multiple of tasks
Careful and accountable
Able to work under pressure.
Intermediate English (all skills)
