SUPPLY CHAIN ADMINISTRATOR

Update ASM information on the ERP system as per changes in work roaming, provided by the HR department.
Coordinate with logistics to schedule delivery upon confirmation of SO on the ERP system.
Perform other tasks assigned by line managers and above.
Address customer complaints promptly, liaising with relevant departments for effective resolution.
Verify the availability of funds and notify the accountant to post payments according to Sales Orders (SO) on the ERP system, ensuring financial accuracy.
Create and manage promotions on the ERP system, sharing promotion schemes with the sales team and customers on a monthly basis.
Receive and process orders from the Sales Team via Email DMS, accurately inputting orders into the ERP system.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in English (intermediate level) across all skills.
Prior experience is preferred but not required.
Capable of working well under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
