Managing orders
• As a buyer:
- Working with other departments to plan on procurement.
- Crafting and controlling terms & conditions in the sale contracts.
• As a seller (You will be trained for this task):
- Creating and tracking orders by emails and applications.
- Understanding of shipping policies & shipping processes.
Logistics
• Understanding of policies regarding handling shipments (you will be trained for this task).
• Tracking orders from domestic and foreign suppliers (time of arrival, quality of goods, ETC.)
• Working with the Forwarder for customs clearance of goods (documents, ETD, ETA, ETC.)
• Planning, implementing and monitoring the process of transshipment from warehouses.
• Managing and optimizing inventories, controlling other related costs.

• Having experience is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, marketing or other related fields.
• Being able to work in a pressured environment and willing to learn.
• Intermediate level of English, especially reading and writing skills (searching and researching from English materials).
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Competency in Microsoft applications.
