We are currently recruiting for the position of Supply Chain Coordinator to support the company. Below are the details of the position:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Logistics & Warehouse Management
• Manage end- to- end inbound process: PO approval, logistics booking, and delivery to internal/customer warehouses; ensure cost, lead time, and quality control.
• Participate in new warehouse projects: 3PL selection or in- house setup, equipment installation, process development, and ERP integration.
• Coordinate and supervise warehouse operations: inventory control, storage, quality check, and process improvement.
• Oversee warehouse security, safety, fire prevention, insurance, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop logistics networks and partnerships to support business expansion in Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos.
Import – Export & Customs Management
• Support licensing procedures (e.g., chemical business license) and prepare compliance reports as required.
• Review HS codes, product descriptions, tax rates, and standardize Master Data.
• Handle customs declarations, tax adjustments, and refund processes.
• Manage import–export documentation, ensure legal compliance, and reporting for regulated goods.
Logistics Performance & Cost Control
• Lead S&OP meetings related to logistics KPIs; provide monthly performance reports with improvement actions.
• Monitor and optimize operating costs and budgets; develop annual cost standards and forecasts.
• Deploy company OKRs, conduct performance evaluations, and support training & development for supply chain staff.
Digital Transformation & SOP
• Participate in ERP projects (warehouse & logistics modules) as key user or project member.
• Develop logistics pricing structures and cost control framework across Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia.
• Review and standardize logistics SOPs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Good understanding of supply planning and inventory management.
• Hands- on experience with ERP systems (preferably Odoo).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in logistics, warehouse, or import–export management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, or related fields.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
