ROLE PURPOSE
Create and implement the Supply Chain strategy to ensure stock availability at the right store. Ensure the right inventory of stock. Manage DC with effective cost and high productivity.
Ensure the Supply Chain Network annually to ensure it meets company goals for growth.
Main Responsibilities
Supply Chain Management:
DC Replenishment: DC has at least 95% stock available of ranged items; except for discontinued items
Manage Stock days within the agreed target, demand forecasts are in place and support smooth planning, peak periods are well planned for and unexpected spikes in stock are eliminated.
Review and develop the Supply Chain Network annually to ensure it meets company goals for growth. Share plans with the Senior Leadership team to align. (3- year, 5- year & 10- year plan)
Ensuring compliance with GDP (Goods Distribution Practices) and GSP (Good Storage Practice) standards.
Ensure the entire Supply chain supports growth ambitions (Warehousing and Logistics). Exit existing Warehousing and ensure the new warehouse can support business growth for the next 5 years, and develop a national logistics network.
Ensure the inventory purchasing is optimizing the DSI days as approved by the management.
Develop an optimization plan that allows Pharmacity Supply Chain to support expansion whilst reducing Cost as a percentage of Sales within the budget.
Agree, track, and manage DC budgets. Carry out monthly reviews with the Logistics team and understand any gaps, ensuring plans are in place to improve continuously.
Ensure day- to- day operations for the Supply Chain are functioning according to the KPIs set.
Ensuring we are up to date on changes in law and have the right processes in place to ensure we meet these laws.
Keep good relationships with suppliers and maintain supplier databases in a good manner.
Ensure Service Level in stores is maintained as a function of an efficient Demand planning team, purchasing team, Warehouse team, and Logistics team, maintaining Out- of- stock (OOS) as targeted.
Responsible for managing logistics cost and route planning for Regional DCs and cross- dock.
Availability targets to stores are agreed upon and managed to agreed levels by the Supply team, and supplier service levels are tracked and fed back to the team.
Team Management:
Develop departmental and individual KPIs, carry out alignment meetings with the direct line manager, and ensure the target achievement. Cascade supporting KPIs team, managing reviews and corrective action to stay on track.

Deliver training to team and share expertise of processes, and procedures, ensure understanding. Create simple ways of working, implement, and make a routine. Carry out checks on compliance with industry standards.
Develop a strong Health and Safety culture within DCs and ensure a strong set of processes to manage it.
Motivate, encourage employee engagement, and ensure a positive work environment.
Build and develop Supply Chain team capability, clear accountabilities, allocate tasks for direct reports and their teams, manage team performance; implement the employee competence evaluation process, and have professional development activities to fix gaps between the current and expectation.
Develop Supply Chain Organizational structure, job descriptions, process, and budget to perform the company strategies/ goals, periodical review, or whenever necessary.
Key Deliverables:
Ensure Stock Availability- Fill Rate.
Improve lost sales of Medicine/VMS.
Improve Working Capital.
Land Profitable Growth (EBITDA Margin)
Requirements
Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a position of Leadership and at least 5 years experience in a Technical Supply Chain role
Proficient in all basic Microsoft tools, Excellent in Excel and database. A good understanding of systems development is needed
Must have a Bachelor&039;s or advanced Degree, majors in Business Administration, Science, or Engineering are preferred
Technical Supply chain skills across forecasting, purchasing, and Warehouse development (LEAN understanding is a must, Six Sigma a benefit).
Excellent English and Vietnamese
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and management skills
