Supply Chain Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Product information management: master data, all required product certificates, other documents according to all BU&039;s requirement; responsible for the consistent data for all BU&039;s in Alchemy Group.
• Handle all the related documents for shipping arrangement and customs report to ensure the smooth process.
• Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc. Manage the sales and inventory report or other reports for upper management.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Manage the allocation budget/ purchase plan of brand in- charge and proceed the PO to supplier.
• Monthly depletion reports and ad- hoc reports upon management.
• Coordinate and monitor warehouse- out operations.
• Vendor&039;s information management: collect and manage all agreement/ term and related information.
• Co- ordinate with finance to get the accurate data on SAP (proceed invoice, GRPO, Good issue)
PERSONAL SPECS
• Have over 1 years’ experience in supply chain.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Knowledge of database systems is one of the advantages.
• Ability to multi- task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related field.
