Supply Chain Leader

Supply Chain Planning & Execution

Optimize inventory turnover, ensure safety stock levels, and minimize OOS and overstock situations.
Lead demand planning and inventory allocation based on BU forecasts, stock levels, and product life cycles.
Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, from production tracking to on- time delivery.

Data Reporting & KPI Management

Generate actionable insights using Power BI, Excel, and ERP systems to support operational and strategic decisions.
Design and maintain dashboards for supply chain KPIs (e.g., OTIF, lead time, inventory turnover, logistics cost).
Monitor and report on Balanced Scorecard (BSC) metrics, including cost efficiency, delay ratio, and supplier performance.

Team Leadership & Cross- Functional Collaboration

Collaborate closely with Planning, Procurement, Sales, Warehouse, Finance, and external 3PL providers to ensure alignment.
Identify process gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency and cost control.
Supervise and guide supply chain team members; assign tasks and coach for performance improvement.

Risk Mitigation & Strategic Input

Provide reports and strategic recommendations to Supply Chain Manager / Operations Director / C- level executives.
Support procurement in supplier selection, contract reviews, and sourcing strategies.
Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions (e.g., supplier delays, logistics risks, seasonal shortages).

Solid understanding of KPI – BSC frameworks, or prior experience in developing performance indicators.
Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI; experience with ERP systems and inventory/order management platforms is a plus.
Strong logical thinking, proactive mindset, ability to work under pressure, and excellent cross- functional collaboration.
At least 3 years of experience in supply chain & import- export operations.
Preference given to candidates with experience in FMCG, OEM manufacturing, or logistics.
Strong analytical mindset with proven ability in data reporting and visualization; proficient in
Thorough knowledge of production management and supply chain operations, especially in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry.
