Supply Chain Management Executive

Role Objective
Support the SCM Director in daily operations and strategic planning, ensuring comprehensive efficiency across the supply chain in ceramic tile production—from plant coordination, inventory management, logistics optimization, to process improvement and investment support—aiming to drive cost reduction, productivity, and business growth
Key Responsibilities
Production Operations & Coordination
- Work with planners across 6 plants to align production plans with inventory and market demand; handle issues, report, and propose optimized solutions
Strategic Inventory Management
- Monitor domestic and export inventory, optimizing stock levels to support sales while minimizing holding costs
Reporting & Performance Metrics
- Prepare regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on productivity, inventory, and SCM KPIs for the SCM Director
Investment & M&A Project Support
- Participate in supply chain impact assessments and operational planning for investment, M&A, or plant transfer projects
AP & MTP Planning Support
- Assist in developing Action Plan (AP) for the next year and Mid- Term Plan (MTP), ensuring alignment between daily operations and long- term strategy
Meeting Coordination & Preparation
- Prepare materials, data summaries, presentation slides, and minutes for key meetings, track and follow up on action items
