Supply Chain Management Intern (Food & Beverage)

- Sourcing new suppliers for Fresh Food and Beverage items- check their price and quality
- Learn how to negotiate and review the contract with the Supplier Fresh Food and Beverage
- Work closely with each restaurant to manage inventory and order food items
- Assist with irregular tasks/items to order
- Expected to respond to emails, required communication tools and complete all tasks in a timely manner
- Expected to be organized and document all work
- Daily approve and check PO missing (Food and Beverage items). Follow up PO and goods with restaurant.
- Work with the restaurant teams and other departments to understand the items in demand
- Submit the new code and learn about how to collect full information.

- Good communication skills
- F&B oriented, food lover is a plus
- Expected to be organized and document all work
- Expected to complete all tasks in a timely manner
- English is a plus
- Basic knowledge about Supply Chain is a plus
- Senior students, undergraduate or fresh graduate with Economics, Supply chain, Food Technology Bachelor

Support salary: 3,000,000- 4,500,000 VND
Considered to sign official labor contract after 6- 8 months training
Working time: Flexible from Mon- Fri
