Job description
Supervise Supply Chain Management procedures to achieving strategic targets.
Supervise and implement all activities of Purchasing, Warehouse and Import- Export divisions.
Control and implement all operation procedures in cost- effective ways with best utilization of resources including spare parts, materials, and manpower.
Implement cascading KPIs of team and control performance to achieve KPI’s target.
Supervise and implement for all contracts related to Supply Chain Management department.
Monitor and negotiate with all existing raw material suppliers and sourcing for new suppliers.
Support superiors to prepare yearly budget for department and effectively control the costs within the budget.

Age: From 27 years old
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher level in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Economics, or related fields.
Experience:
At least 5 experience years in Supply Chain Management in the manufacturing company or related industry and 3 years experience in the similar position.
Experience in the Food & Beverages manufacturing industry is preferable.
Knowledge and experience in spare parts management for local and international procurement in Food & Beverages is a plus.
Soft skills:
Good English communication skills.
Good management skills such as planning skills, analytical skills, problem solving skills, etc.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
