Supply Chain Operations
Develop and execute inventory optimization strategies to maintain healthy stock levels while minimizing holding costs and risks.
Work with partners to optimize production lead time and ensure production capacity meets business needs.
Manage fulfillment operations, ensuring on- time delivery performance and resolving fulfillment issues with internal teams and 3PL partners.
Own and lead the end- to- end supply chain operations, including production & inventory management, and order fulfillment.
Partner with Technical Designers and the partner management team to ensure product readiness for production and the highest product quality during the product life cycle.
System Development (As Business Owner)
Collaborate with the Product and Tech teams to define requirements and validate solutions.
Act as Business Owner (BO) for supply chain- related software/system features.
Profit Optimization
Enhance product quality in collaboration with Technical Designers and manufacturers to increase customer satisfaction and reduce returns or complaints.
Lead the operation team in collaboration with the partner management team to reduce product cost through better sourcing, efficient production planning, and supplier negotiations.
Lead initiatives to mitigate Risk and Loss (RAL) across the entire supply chain, contributing to sustainable profitability.
Team Leadership & Growth
Drive recruitment efforts and create a development path for team members.
Manage, mentor, and grow the Supply Chain Operation team.
Process Optimization
Identify operational inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement projects.

Strong Leadership & People Management Capabilities.
Related experience in Software Development is a competitive advantage.
Excellent communication, problem- solving, and collaboration skills.
Proven Data- Driven Decision- Making Mindset.
Data Analytics & Visualization Skills (Excel/Sheets, BI tools, etc.).
Experience in Manufacturing or Production Operations (Nice to have).
Experience in Fulfillment/Logistics Operations (Nice to have).
3–6+ years of work experience in supply chain operations, project management, or software product development, preferably in e- commerce or tech- driven businesses.
Experience in Software Development (product owner, project manager, or BO).
Strong Project Management Skills (planning, execution, follow- up).
Software Product Owners/Managers with proven track records are very welcome to apply.
