Supply Chain Specialist

Lead complex, integral supply chain projects across functions and work with different international sites that lead to end- to- end supply chain process enhancement, operations improvement in terms of efficiency and effectiveness that aim to continuous improvement and sustainability.
Work towards continuous improvement in the supply planning process; achieve operational excellence and promote effective and efficient supply planning process.
Handle the monthly planning and monitoring process, and the weekly shipment planning of the assigned client to facilitate meeting their Logistics KPIs, objectives and goals.
Initiate meetings with key stakeholders for any supporting need to mitigate and minimize disruption on any supply and/or projects. Collaborate with capacity planning lead and provide vital alert on a variety of parameters including sourcing issues, desired ship date management, etc.
Work in hand with team- mates to ensure the delivery of suppliers is on time as per agreed shipment plan, managing their operational performance, liaising on required action to correct existing issues and mitigate potential risk.
Handle business partners and ensuring they are operating under the Standard Operating Procedures. Monitor supplier performances and motivate them for continuous improvement to excel the operations and data quality excellence.

Functional skills: Excellent MS Office skills particularly in creation and analysis of large datasets, and the general understanding of Gen AI communication and task management tools.
Action- oriented, Problem- solving mindset and able to learn on the fly.
University degree in Bachelor Administration / Supply Chain
Ability to travel overseas to meet and engage clients as needed.
Able to work in a multifaceted organization and a fast- paced environment.
Proficient in English – both written and spoken.
Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in Supply Chain planning with exposure to a multinational environment.
