Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Sourcing Management (15%)
Ensure timely procurement of quality raw materials and components.
Monitor and follow up on supplier performance and relationships.
Report issues and propose sourcing solutions to optimize costs.
Logistics Management (15%)
Track and monitor shipments to ensure safe and on- time arrival.
Operate and maintain logistics management software and tools.
Optimize logistics processes for timely and cost- effective deliveries.
Coordinate with third- party logistics providers when needed.
Oversee daily transportation, distribution, and warehouse operations.
Support import/export activities, ensure customs compliance, and manage documentation; report risks and propose mitigation when necessary.
Cost Management (30%)
Analyze financial impact of SC activities and prepare regular cost reports.
Share insights and recommendations with senior management.
Monitor and track daily supply chain costs.
Propose cost- saving opportunities and support implementation.
Inventory & Quality Management (5%)
Conduct regular inventory checks and reconciliations.
Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.
Report and coordinate solutions for quality issues in a timely manner.
Follow established quality standards across supply chain processes.
Demand & Production Planning and Forecasting (5%)
Work with Senior Manager to collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Marketing teams to collect forecasts.
Adjust short- term supply plans accordingly.
Coordinate with production teams on schedules and report delays or risks.
Compliance, Risk and Technology Management (10%)
Maintain accurate documentation for internal review and audits.
Monitor supply chain risks and propose preventive/corrective measures.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Operate and maintain supply chain management software and tools.
Team Leadership and Development (20%)
Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Conduct performance reviews and give feedback for improvement.
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide on- the- job training.
Assist the SC team to achieve operational goals.
