What You&039;ll Do
• Support negotiation and communication with suppliers to secure the best pricing, MOQs, and timelines.
• Research and identify potential suppliers or distributors in Europe and the UK for trending or in- demand products.
• Coordinate with the purchasing team and follow up on outstanding requests.
• Track order progress, flag risks, and assist in communication between suppliers and purchasing teams.
• Maintain detailed records of supplier communication, quotes, and documentation.
• Support cold outreach and discovery of new sourcing channels.
Who We&039;re Looking For
• Comfortable using Google Sheets (filters, basic formulas, templates) and cloud- based tools (Google Drive).
• Critical thinker who enjoys evaluating supplier responses, pricing, and timelines.
• Organized and consistent in documenting conversations and decisions
• Team player who communicates clearly and keeps things moving without needing close supervision.
• Strong written and verbal English skills.
• Independent and proactive in following up, problem- solving, and escalating delays.

Working Hours & Probation
• Official Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 6 days/week (on- site).
• Probation Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 5 days/week (on- site).
• Probation Period: Up to 2 months, during which both sides assess fit and may end the collaboration if necessary.
• Culture of Ownership: Team members are expected to stay beyond official hours when needed to ensure outcomes and team success.
