Supply Planner

Stock Replenishment Management:

Implement inventory control measures to maintain healthy inventory levels.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Manage stock levels to optimize inventory turnover and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
Forecast demand based on historical sales data, market trends, and customer insights.

S&OP and Demand Forecasting:

Plan promotions or product launches in alignment with demand forecasts.
Optimize inventory levels based on demand forecasts to ensure availability of the right products at the right time.
Support the Commercial Operations Manager (COM) in analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and customer insights.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to finalize the monthly purchasing budget.

Invoice Processing and Financial Collaboration:

Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate cost tracking and budget adherence.
Work closely with the Finance department to process and pay invoices from suppliers.

Inventory Optimization:

Monitor inventory health metrics such as Available- to- Promise (ATP), Days of Inventory (DOI), and Slow- Moving and Obsolete (SLOB) items.
Implement strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce holding costs.
Establish safety stock levels and optimize reorder points and quantities.

Supplier Performance Management:

Work closely with suppliers to address any performance issues and drive continuous improvement.
Build strong partnerships with suppliers to ensure a reliable and efficient supply chain.
Track key performance metrics, including on- time delivery, quality performance, and responsiveness.

Value- Added Service to Brands:

Collaborate with brands to understand their specific requirements and develop customized supply chain solutions.
Provide supply chain solutions to brands, including demand planning and auto- replenishment.

Proficiency in inventory management techniques and tools.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams.
Knowledge of supplier performance management practices.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in supply planning, purchasing, or related roles within a fast- paced environment with at least 3 years experience
Strong attention to detail and problem- solving abilities.
Familiarity with financial processes related to purchasing and inventory management.
Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
Experience in optimizing supply chain solutions is a plus.
