Supply Planner

Reporting to Supply Chain Manager (SCM) you will be responsible for:
• Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Share best practices amongst planners
• Influence and collaborate with key partners in Commercial, Supply Planning and Finance to understand and interpret the potential impact demand drivers can have on demand, and adjust the statistical forecast to reflect those impacts.
• Continuous improvement to the forecasting process to minimize forecast error.
• Lead the monthly collaborative demand review as part of the S&OP process.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to advance the demand planning and forecasting process capabilities.
• Implement the proposal for improvement processes & systems, running report as requirement.
• Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.
• Develop and maintain monthly forecast accuracy and forecast bias metrics.
• Develop and maintain a weekly/monthly forecast based on historical data, commercial activities, market intelligence, and industry trends to inform the projected demand.

The ideal candidate should possess the following background:
• Have experience in Supply chain & Demand: Stock management & stock analysis; Ordering to vendor for warehouse and Replenishment of stock from Warehouse to store or platform.
• Crtical thinking.
• Good at Microsoft Excel: formula, pivot, BI....
• English: Reading & Writing email.
• Understanding about transportation from Warehouse to store or platforms.
• Understanding the warehouse inbound & Outbound, inventory management.
• Have 1 -2 years in Sourcing for E-commerce Platforms, Retail store or Warehouse Management is an advantage.
• Good at communication (hard skills, soft skills)
• Can work under high pressure & multi tasks.
