Supply Planning Executive

• Monitor and manage stock levels to balance supply and demand effectively, minimizing excess inventory while ensuring product availability
• Ensure the right quantity of products is available at the right time and location to meet customer demands while optimizing inventory levels and costs
• Inventory Management: Balance the need for product availability versus the need to minimize costs of inventory to ensure optimum stocks at the right location.
• Give advance information on labor requirements for short to medium term.
• Cross- Functional Collaboration: Engage with various teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to align supply planning with business objectives.
• Create feasible 18- month production plans for the factories/outsources under responsibility considering production constraints and relevant lead time.
• Identify practical issues / possible problems and possible opportunities concerning major events e.g. factory shutdowns, timing of promotion activities, transition of old/new products and etc.
• Production Planning: Develop production schedules that maximize efficiency and capacity utilization while controlling production costs and finished goods inventory
• Analyze and evaluate the supply plan and net dispatch requirements to satisfy customer needs considering the supply constraints.
• Analyze and proactive/ effective communication supply issues to relevant parties:
- Highlighting all supply issues
- Detailing impacts of proposed action and related trade offs.
• Ensuring actions and Supply Plans are realistic and achievable in accordance with Business Planning Process.
• Engage in NCE activities to have continuous improvements.
• Analyze relevant supply parameters and seek improvements on regular basis to manage lot sizes, cycle time, production frequency, frozen period, R&P inventory level etc, to drive optimum FG inventory level.
• Be effective member in New Product Development Process (Both domestic and IMSP) , ensure all planning activities along the process are meet target timeline and support product launch.
