Supply Planning Manager

Manufacturing Planning & Scheduling:
- Monitor the supply progress of regular or seasonal materials/packaging types, early/late possibilities for reserve ordering or demand- based ordering, urge or reschedule reasonably to ensure manufacturing schedule and prescribed inventory levels.
- Balance between sales demand and manufacturing capacity for reserve planning, overtime, and other optimization issues in the supply chain.
- Contrast Actual vs Forecast issues, identify and analyze opportunities to optimize inventory and improve forecast accuracy with reality.
- Review, implement, and optimize situations causing OOS, Distress, SLOB,… and coordinate related teams to solve issues.
- Coordinate with Marketing/R&D/Innovation/FSC/MH teams to ensure appropriate formula/artwork changes for packaging to save costs and minimize SLOB.
- Visualize MPS to compare compatibility between demand and capacity (machine capacity, manpower). Identify and alert risks and opportunities.
- Close collaboration with all Value Chain members to ensure on- time launch of new products according to plan.
- Close coordination with Sales, Demand, Trade Marketing, and Marketing departments to ensure accurate and timely demand forecasting.
- Control finished product and raw material inventory levels according to MIN/MAX inventory and MTS/MTO model.
- Provide De- MKT recommendations for product lines facing supply difficulties.
- Ensure actual activities align with demand plans, are realistic, and achievable.

- Managing special situations and addressing complex issues, such as:
- Modifying promotions, handling obsolete goods,
- Shuttle bus provided from HCMC.
- Allocating special inventory,
- Prioritizing production, adjusting production,
- Crisis management

- Strong problem- solving skills and decisive decision- making ability.
- High level of commitment, proactivity, flexibility, and attention to detail.
- Majored in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Material Purchasing /Production Planning.
- Effective communication skills both verbal and in writing.
- Experience in forecasting and trend analysis.
- Proficient in English.
- Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
- Graduated from College- University.
- 05- 07 years of experience working in equivalent positions.
- Ability to perform well under pressure while identifying and resolving issues.
- Data analysis, progress management, and risk assessment skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP.
- Capable of establishing and managing operations effectively.
