Demand Responsibilities:
Organize annual forecasting planning meetings based on demand drivers.
Report on forecast accuracy, sell- out/sell- in/distributor inventory, month- to- date sales, etc.
Monitor sales progress and product supply chain, updating forecasts for departments and integrating them into the ERP system.
Conduct weekly tracking meetings with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Supply Planning Teams to update supply and demand changes, address sales risks, and solve Slow- Moving and Obsolete (SLOB) issues.
Coordinate meetings to establish forecast plans with the Marketing & Trade Marketing Team.
Measure and enhance forecast accuracy and bias, analyzing gaps versus actual performance and implementing necessary changes.
Supply Responsibilities:
Proactively communicate supply issues to relevant stakeholders, providing detailed impacts and proposed actions.
Analyze and assess the supply plan and net dispatch requirements to meet customer demands considering supply constraints.
Develop feasible 12 to 18- month production plans for factories/outsourced operations, considering production constraints and lead times.
Place purchase orders, track shipment plans, and coordinate with logistics and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
Identify potential issues, opportunities, and risks related to major events like factory shutdowns or product transitions.
Manage inventory to balance product availability with inventory cost, ensuring optimal stocks at appropriate locations.
Analyze supply parameters regularly to improve inventory management and optimize finished goods inventory levels.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor&039;s degree in Supply Chain or related field.
Strong communication, presentation, and problem- solving skills.
Minimum 2+ years of experience, including internships.
Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Relevant operational experience, especially in FMCG/Food/Manufacturing, in areas like Supply Planning, Production Planning, or MRP.
