SUPPY CHAIN MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR

Manage 3 functions: Warehouse, Logistics, Purchasing
Warehouse

Ensure the safe, secure storage of goods, the right quantity, and the right location
Support logistic division, and purchase related works: import and export goods, inventory, make inventory reports by month, cycle, year
Construction and development of warehouse operations processes
Management and train the department&039;s staff

Logistic

Check and reconfirm department reports, before communicating with other departments
Building and developing import and export process
Search and work with domestic and foreign companies providing freight services
Supervise the customs declaration process, customs registration according to Vietnamese law
Manage and train the department&039;s staff

Purchasing

Building and developing the process of purchasing raw materials
Work with domestic and foreign suppliers
Manage and train the department&039;s staff
Develop a purchasing plan according to the production plan and sales plan

Knowledge:

Two or three years of experience in the same position
Advanced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Train and lead the employees to make the right process
Graduated from universities specialized in logistics, import-export, or trade-related disciplines.
Knowledge about medical products (if any)
Understand customs procedures, master procedures for registration for import and export, build and develop a process of the department.
