Researching trends
Be responsible for designing, developing and delivering original, relevant, customer- centric and distinct best in class prints that work well for our fashion brands
Understand the fashion trends of the ingredients, patterns and patterns of surface accessories and independently complete the design of relevant patterns and patterns as required
Utilizing customer insights to inspire, excite and delight our customers, deliver planned growth for categories
Design the patterns according to the pattern images

Good skills to make seamless repeat patterns for print products.
Having an ability to influence and inspire fellow designers and relevant stakeholders.
Quick learner with good communication skills, a flexible attitude and capacity to adapt to fast changes
Can generate artworks by hand and on Wacom. Good working knowledge of color tone and knows how to use Pantone color cards.
English or Chinese would be an advantage.
3D CLO work experience is highly meriting (or other 3D programs).
Great understanding of Adobe Creative suite, most of at Photoshop and Illustrator.
