Position Summary
Responsible for maintenance, repair, and installation of CCTV system and associated equipment per the direction of the section management and to CCTV Baseline standards. Equipment defined as camera / monitors / alarms / CCTV switcher / digital encoders / servers and DVR’s and other associated systems. Perform all duties in accordance with The Grand Ho Tram Strip’s policies and within the realm of The Grand Ho Tram Strip’s Mission Statement. All responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices, and procedures, as well as within the framework and intent of the Vision of The Grand Ho Tram Strip property.
Responsibilities
Identifying and defining system security requirements.
Must be available to respond to 24/7 emergency calls to perform or facilitate emergency repairs anywhere surveillance equipment is utilized.
Configuring and troubleshooting security network infrastructure devices.
Monitors, reviews, and analyzes log and alert data from company systems, network, and security devices for potential security and compliance events.
Writing comprehensive reports, including assessment- based findings, outcomes, and propositions for further system security enhancement.
Designing computer security architecture and developing detailed cyber security designs.
Developing technical solutions and new security tools to help mitigate security vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks.
Assists with development of organizational policies, procedures, and best practices supporting information security and compliance initiatives.
Working with and providing reports for compliance audits.
Ensuring that the company knows as quickly as possible about security incidents.
Ensure the effective maintenance, functionality, and integrity of all CCTV network infrastructures across all Grand Ho Tram properties.
Engineering, implementing and monitoring security measures to protect surveillance systems, networks, applications, and information.
Preparing and documenting standard operating procedures and protocols.
Perform other associated duties as assigned.
