Your role is to gather design feedback, construction processes and drawings to support the gap analysis and the development of a scoring strategy for the relevant certification. As part of this process, you will need to conduct on- site workshops, briefings and data gathering exercises, so as to lead up to regular progress reporting to the end client and be on target to achieve the desired certification.
To manage entire Green Building certification process including project registration with the certification body, documentation gathering and submittal process.
This includes liaising closely with all the relevant stakeholders through the value chain from planning/design to construction and operation, such as the design, project and construction team.
Creating a sustainable construction strategy that includes the following:
• Building Product Disclosure and Optimization
• Procurement items compliant with criteria
• Air testing requirement compliance
• Construction Demolition and Waste Management Planning and Management
• Commissioning Activity
• Construction Indoor Air Quality Management
• Construction Activity Pollution Prevention
You will be supported by a strong local team in Vietnam and also the expertise from the South East Asia team.
- Business Development
You will also support business development activities in your market to identify new opportunities in sustainability services for the real estate and gain visibility, exposure to the regional market through being part of a wider ecosystem.

Able to identify and understand the needs of potential clients and curate the relevant services
Certifications from, or affiliation with, industry organizations in the building sector such as AIA, ASHRAE, IWBI, GBCI, VGBC are desirable
Architect/Engineering degree from an accredited university. (Architect, Electrical, Mechanical or Energy Engineering preferred)
Assist team leader on internal training and raising awareness on ESS products and services.
Experience or involvement with USGBC / GBCI /IWBI
3- 5 years professional experience with demonstrated advancement in sustainable building design and construction
General understanding of the principles that guide environmental design.
A team player with ability to synergize, collaborate well with both ESS Enablement team and project delivery teams in a flexible and effective manner
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex ideas and processes through proficient language and writing skills, in both Vietnamese and English.
LEED Accredited Professional (preferably BD + C and/or ID+C and/or O+M) with LEED Project Management Experience; and/or WELL AP, EDGE Expert, LOTUS AP)
