Sustainable Agriculture Manager

• Agricultural diversification and intensification of crops and livestock with attention to sustainable natural resource use and management• Effective delivery of core support services that are responsive to the needs and priorities of rural households• Empowerment of local communities through the participatory community action planning process• Provide recommendations on ways to improve a company’s sustainability• Work with suppliers, growers and other stakeholders to advance sustainable solution initiatives• Have a strong understanding of sustainability concepts and applications• Research the latest trends, practices and news related to sustainability• Create training materials to support staff and lead sustainability demonstrations• Arrange, coordinate and participate in internal sustainability audits• Develop internal and external communications plans related to sustainability efforts• Overseeing our sustainability reporting: Further enhancing local reporting structures and processes to achieve compliance
