SysOps Engineer DevOps / AI / Cybersecurity Path

We&039;re looking for a hands- on systems integrator who’s excited to build and maintain development infrastructure — and grow into the world of DevOps, Secure DevOps (DevSecOps), and AI- based operations (AIOps).
Key Responsibilities:

System Integration & Maintenance
Monitor performance, perform regular updates/patching, and troubleshoot server- side issues
Install and maintain internal tools: GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, SBOM generators, artifact repositories
Set up Linux/Windows- based environments to support developers and QA
DevOps Support
Contribute to tool configuration, scripting, and platform tuning
Automate deployment, versioning, and documentation workflows
Help implement CI/CD pipelines and integrate security checkpoints
Cybersecurity & Compliance Readiness
Maintain logs, system integrity checks, and security update processes
Assist in generating cybersecurity documentation for FDA and global compliance.
Support software supply chain transparency (SBOM, license scans)
AIOps Exploration
Be involved in designing smarter, self- healing infrastructure.
Support log aggregation and anomaly detection setup
Help monitor system health and security using lightweight automation
Internal Collaboration & Learning
Work directly with developers, QA, and HQ security teams
Propose improvements, document workflows, and continuously learn
Participate in hands- on training on FDA cybersecurity practices, DevSecOps, and cloud- native tools

You probably have:

Familiarity with at least one CI/CD or automation tool (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Comfort working with Linux servers, scripting tools (e.g. Bash or Python), and server monitoring
3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, DevOps support, or system integration

Even better if you have:

Experience with code quality tools, containers (Docker), or cloud platforms
Interest in cybersecurity or AI/ML in operations
Curiosity about medical devices, regulated systems, or data privacy
Basic understanding of English documentation (training support provided).
