System Administrator (IT)

Delivering ICT services:

Prepare IT facilities for newcomers in advance based on the newcomer process
Be responsible for updating and monitoring IT inventory including software and hardware
Be responsible for monitoring and maintaining facilities such as Wifi system, CCTV, Fax, Telephone, PBX, Printers to work stable
Be responsible for maintaining and monitoring a computer, including its hardware, software, and networks for the safety and maximum access to the user and fixes its problems promptly as well.
Classify, prioritize and follow up requests of end-users to provide IT service effectively and professionally

Participating in administrating the Network and System:

Involve the ICT Infrastructure projects due to assignments by line leaders
Assist ICT Supervisor in suggesting initiatives to improve ICT services as well as the network and system infrastructure
Administrate and maintain the network and system on delegated duties

Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science or related fields.
Having knowledge of web servers on both Windows and Linux environment such as IIS, Apache, Nginx, or others
Have teamwork skills, work independently and self-study.
Having experience as a member of implementing ERP (is plus)
1-2 years of working experience at the equivalent position
Have knowledge of MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle, or similar database management systems
Have knowledge about IT networking and security
Good number sense, logical thinking, problem solving and communication skills.
Ability in technically working on Windows operation environment (Linux/Unix is preferable)
Have experience and knowledge in Computing architecture
Experienced in the IT technical role at least 1 year
Having experience in administrating and supporting Email Exchange
