System Application Support (Đồng Nai)

Deliver day to day support on Warehouse Management System (WMS) and RF gun at CFS warehouse for all CFS activities (Inbound, Outbound and Trouble shoot)
Observe both of operations process in system and physical cargo / document handling then propose the system enhancement for CFS process efficiency.
Support to build the contingency plan for WMS.
Conduct the regular trainings to CFS team (for both of office and floor staffs)
Coordinate with National/ Regional System Manager, warehouse team for application development
Prepare WMS training material, Working instruction in English and Vietnamese
Understand the EDI interface connection rules between WMS and other systems and being capable to fix the related issues / errors.
Fix WMS issues and minimize their impacts to customer operation timeliness and accuracy.
Conduct the advanced WMS training to Warehouse team leader, supervisor and manager.
Provide reports related to WMS to management team
Support to control and develop automation tasks for Warehouse.
Identify and document all of WMS issues /errors with their root-causes and preventive solutions.
Know the main functions / how to use and fix the general/common issues of other system applications.

Good command of English
Able to work in shift (Shift 1: 06h-14h/ Shift 2: 14h-22h)
Bachelor’s Degree in International business or Information Technology
Good at Presentation Skill, working with systems and having automation mindset
Self motivated with a positive working attitude and Attention to details
