System Business Analyst

Briefing on the Job:

• We are looking for a System Business Analyst for a VN SME Financing FinTech. Validus is the largest SME Financing Fintech platform in southeast Asia (based in Singapore) and operating in Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Thailand. Validus is the recipient of multiple industry / fintech awards across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Will be the bridge between business, and the core technology teams to define the technical product requirement. Analyze the requirement is reasonable, feasible with the existing platforms/systems. Provide the timeline to complete the requirement’s development.
• Coordinate closely with developer to support clarify business requirement
• Prepare the test scenario and conduct the UAT testing
• Coordinate the UAT Sign-off
• Support post go-live and pilot
• BAU Support:
  • Support BAU’s issues with committed SLA
  • Support clarify requirement with business user and developer.

Desired skills & Knowledge, Competencies requirement:

• Has experience (min 4 years) of System Business Analyst role in the FinTech or banking’s projects
• Hands-on on agile tools – Jira, Confluence.
• Has experience in Salesforce, Postman, SQL are advantageous
• Highly analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in English is advantageous
• Very good inter-personal and collaboration skills
