System Engineer (Batch Job Operation)

- Batch Job operation work

Batch job performance monitoring
Preparation and reporting of batch job regular reports
Application of the operator of the execution module, support for patch/upgrade of batch work
Check whether the batch operation is normal
Perform batch job operations in 3 shifts (8 hours) for 24/7

- Defect & Error support and management

Post- monitoring after recovery from failure.
In case of batch operation failure(error), check related logs and take 1st action
Supports final error and failure resolution
2nd In case of failure, log files/error information/screen capture of the relevant batch are shared with the developer in charge.

Work experience: No experience, IT worker
- Possess basic IT- related knowledge and skills

Possess basic IT knowledge or experience

Preference given to those working in IT- related occupations
Experience using batch work tool (JP1) preferred
Preference given to those who can speak English
Preference given to those with IT- related qualifications
Bachelor&039;s degree graduates majoring in IT are preferred

Degree:
College graduate or higher, IT- related major
