System Engineer

Collaborate with the IT team to manage Red Hat clusters, including GFS2 and Pacemaker, ensuring high availability and performance.
Lead the operation and management of server virtualization environments, primarily VMware, to optimize resource utilization.
Evaluate and select appropriate hardware and software technologies to meet organizational needs.
Oversee HPE 3PAR storage operations, including SAN management, to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
Design and oversee the implementation of end- to- end integrated systems.
Assisting with pre- sales activities, including consulting on solutions, devices, and volumes.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture, implementation plans, and management procedures.

Solid understanding of server virtualization technologies, preferably VMware.
Experience with HPE 3PAR storage systems and familiarity with backup systems such as Spectra PTL and Commvault SW.
Excellent problem- solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Proven expertise in Linux performance management, troubleshooting, and Red Hat cluster operations.
3+ years of experience in hardware operations, with a strong background in Windows and Linux- based operating systems.
Strong documentation skills with experience in creating and implementing management documents.
