System Engineer (Junior/Middle)

Other tasks are assigned by the Line Manager.
Be involved in researching system optimizing solutions and operating costs.
Research on security solutions to ensure the safety of the system.
Operate and monitor the system to ensure the continuous operation.
Develop the documents of operation, implementation & system evaluation.
Build up the system monitoring tools.
Be involved in building server systems on cloud platforms for web and mobile products.
Provide 24/7 support in troubleshooting system issues.
Perform periodic system checks, maintenance and back-ups.
Build up the processes of software development.
Be involved in researching to automate the system operation daily.
Build up the security processes for business.
Support Developers in implementing web, mobile projects in staging & production.

Experience in configure and manage web server: Nginx, Apache, HAproxy
2-3 years’ experience in operating system
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering or equivalent major
Experience with one of monitoring systems: Check-MK, Nagios, Zabbix, Grafana, ELK
Experience with one of Database: MySQL, MariaDB, MongoDB, InfluxDB, etc
Experience with below system is an advantage
Experience with Linux system: CentOS, Ubuntu
Ability to program with Bash Shell, Python, etc
+ Cloud (Google Cloud Platform, Amazon AWS, MS Azure);
+ Automation system (CI/CD, Ansible);
+ Container, Docker
Good knowledge of Network
Teamwork and communication skill
Good at English reading and writing
