Key responsibilities:
Ensure the system&039;s stable operation and plan the development of software systems according to the company&039;s development.
Recording, detecting system failures, coordinating with vendors and other departments to identify the cause, handling errors.
Research new technology & apply it to business & protect user data.
Work with vendor & user to develop system.
System administration & user support:
- Evaluate and improve the system to achieve high performance and stability: Have short- and long- term plans to ensure the system operates stably and efficiently following the company&039;s development.
- Ensuring stable operation of the system: Recording, detecting system failures, coordinating with vendors and other departments to identify the cause, handling errors, report timely, and provide solutions to address system issues.
- End- user support: Training, supporting users to use the system.
- Administrate system and manage users.
Solution Consulting and Software Project Management:
- Work with vendors and other departments to develop the system: organize project works, evaluate vendors, and transmit user requests to vendors.
- The focal point coordinates with vendors and other departments to tighten system requirements and propose solutions: Consulting solutions, proposing a solution, solution review, scheduling and planning deployments, building test cases and organizing UAT for the project.
- Work with other departments, receive requests, propose solutions, and develop documentation of requirements for software development projects and system integration.
- Planning and managing work schedules to ensure project quality and on schedule.
Organization and management of documents: Building, managing, and organizing system documents
- User documents: Admin documents, end- user (case study, step- by- step, tutorials, user guide, training ...).
- Design documentation: BR, SRS, blueprint, API, workflow, database...
- Collaborating with the Academy department to build video training and test content for the system. Periodically training end- users or when deploying new features.
Other duties: Research and development: Researching new technologies and applying technology to the operation of the company.
Others: Perform other assigned tasks.
