Job Description
• Translate documents if required.
• Collaborate with the Korean technical PM and stakeholders to handle service requests.
• Stay updated on Selluseller updates and enhancements to effectively support users.
• Proactively identify and address potential issues to ensure smooth operation of the platform for all users.
• Provide guidance and support to users on how to effectively utilize SelluSeller for their business needs.
• Assist Korean- speaking and English clients with questions and issues related to SelluSeller solutions.
Your Skills and Experience
• Fluency in Korean and English is mandatory.
• Prior experience as a Selluseller operator or IT knowledge is not required as we are open to candidates who are willing to learn.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem- solving.
• Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
